We have an opening for an Engineering Technician III supporting optical products and hardware/software development in a laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support installation, de-installation, and movement of optical equipment and chassis.

Perform cable installation and hardware troubleshooting.
-
Assist with PCB board rework when required.
-
Set up optical test equipment and perform functional testing.
-
Manage equipment receipt, inventory, asset tagging, calibration, repairs, and returns.

Perform routine laboratory equipment inventories using wireless scanners.
-
Support hardware/software development teams and maintain a clean and safe lab environment.
-
Work rotating shifts to support global lab operations.
