Litigation Associate Attorney

Litigation Associate Attorney Salary: $150,000 – $210,000 per year Position: Hybrid work schedule. Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision Life and AD&D insurance Short and long term disability Parental leave Hybrid work schedule Parking provided by firm CLE and Bar dues Bonus structure Responsibilities Handle a wide range of litigation matters including product liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, and insurance defense. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage discovery process. Conduct depositions and develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Work closely with partners and other associates to prepare and try cases. Provide legal advice to clients and advise on risk management. Participate in business development efforts, including client meetings and networking events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting clients and the legal profession. Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the TX State Bar. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney with a focus on product liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, or insurance defense. Proven track record of successfully litigating cases and managing client relationships. Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Experience with legal research tools and e-discovery platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
