A confidential law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (4 to 5 years) to support a sophisticated disputes practice, including contract litigation and arbitration matters. This is a 100% litigation role designed for an associate who can manage active cases, step into depositions and hearings as needed, and work directly with senior litigators. The Role Handle commercial litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution. Draft and argue motions; prepare pleadings and written discovery. Take and defend depositions and assist with hearing preparation and attendance. Support arbitration matters, including preparation of submissions and witness outlines. Partner with senior attorneys on strategy, client communications, and case management. Location, Schedule and Compensation Location: (not specified) Schedule: In office 4 days per week; potential for one remote day per week after 90 days of full on-site work. Compensation: Base salary up to $190,000. Requirements 4 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience (no more or less). Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Flexibility to adapt to varied litigation activities, including hearings, depositions, and arbitrations. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
