Job Description Job Description Job Opportunity: Experienced Paralegal/Legal Secretary in a high profile Trial Attorney's Law Firm We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our success in handling complex legal cases. Position: Paralegal/Legal Secretary Location: Philadelphia, PA Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to attorneys specializing in civil litigation and personal injury. Draft, prepare, and e-file legal documents, related to discovery, pleadings, motions, trial, and post-trial phases of litigation in Philadelphia, New Jersey and Maryland. Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling, appointments, and court dates. Experienced with Neos. File and organize case materials and maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Coordinate and communicate with clients, court personnel, and other law firms. Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Requirements: At least 5 years proven experience as a Paralegal/Legal Secretary in a PA Personal Injury Trial Attorney's law firm. Must be able to work with dictation and online court e-filing systems in PA, NJ and Maryland. Strong organizational, calendaring, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using legal software, Neos, Lexis Nexis, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or college diploma. At least 5 years of prior experience working directly with Pennsylvania Personal Injury Trial Attorneys. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
