Litigation Paralegal

JURISolutions Legal seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a fast-paced legal team supporting catastrophic personal injury and business litigation matters. This role will primarily support a senior attorney, while also assisting other members of the team as needed. The position is on-site in Philadelphia (four days per week) and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of litigation experience, with strong exposure to both Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting and filing motions, case management, discovery support, and assisting attorneys through all stages of litigation. This role requires a true paralegal skill set—someone capable of working independently, managing deadlines, and contributing meaningfully to case strategy—rather than a purely administrative legal assistant background.

We are looking for a well-rounded, motivated professional with excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills, and a proven ability to add value in a deadline-driven litigation environment.

This role offers a competitive salary range, starting at $80,000 annually.
