About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catastrophic Personal Injury Paralegal to support our litigation team in Philadelphia. This hybrid position offers flexibility with the expectation of being in-office about once per week . You’ll play a critical role in managing complex, high-value personal injury cases and supporting trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Organize and manage case files, medical records, and evidence
Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics
Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
Summarize medical records and deposition transcripts
Maintain case calendars and ensure compliance with deadlines

Qualifications

3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in catastrophic personal injury
Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania civil procedure and local court rules
Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills
Proficiency with case management software and e-filing systems
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
