Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients. Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services in a clinic setting. Support client progress through creative and engaging treatment approaches. Supervise OTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically. Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
