Tax Partner, Partnership Tax

The Tax Partner at Aprio is a leadership role responsible for managing client engagements, driving firm growth, mentoring talent, and contributing to the strategic direction of the firm within the partnership and tax services domain. Key Responsibilities Lead client engagements in partnership tax matters Expand the firm's market presence in partnership tax services Develop and mentor talent within the firm Contribute to the firm's long-term strategic direction Deliver excellence in client service Drive revenue growth and operational effectiveness Foster cross-firm collaboration Requirements Experience leading client engagements in a tax or accounting firm environment. Proven ability to expand market presence and develop new business opportunities. Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing talent within a professional services firm. Ability to contribute to the firm's long-term strategic direction. Strong leadership skills to act as a steward of the firm's brand and deliver excellence in client service. Track record of driving revenue growth and operational effectiveness within a professional services setting. Excellent collaboration skills to foster cross-firm collaboration. Relevant professional experience in partnership tax or a similar field. Ability to operate in a leadership role with responsibilities including client engagement, market expansion, talent development, and strategic planning. Competitive compensation and benefits package.
