This is an excellent opportunity to facilitate interdisciplinary plans of care as you guide patient progress toward achieving clinical, quality and cost-effective outcomes.It’s an exciting time to be a nurse at MultiCare. Together, we are creating an environment where nurses are owners in the clinical decision-making process, are well connected, have open communication with their colleagues, feel supported to develop professionally, and understand the future of nursing at MultiCare.### Responsibilities* You will mobilize resources and manage the system in response to patient needs* You will act as an expert clinical practitioner and participate in the development and evaluation of clinical guidelines and standards of care* You will apply your specialized knowledge to the activities of administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice* You will utilize critical thinking skills and independent decision-making regarding patient care and the collection and analysis of data* Collaborate with patients, families, health care providers, payors and management* Commit to achieving safe, reliable and effective health care excellence### Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement* Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferredPosted2 days agoJob TypePart-timeSalary$48 – $90 USD/hourLocation* Puyallup, WA
