• Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
• Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, maximizing your time and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring each showing experience.
• Provide timely feedback to the lead agent on client interactions and property insights, enhancing our service quality.
• Stay informed on local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate and relevant information.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Utilize our systems and tools to track client interactions and progress, ensuring seamless follow-up and communication.

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel heard and understood.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Familiarity with the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood, TX real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, coordinating multiple showings and maximizing client satisfaction.
• Comfortable using technology and systems to track client interactions and streamline communication.
• Professional demeanor and an approachable personality make clients feel welcome and valued during every interaction.
