Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Madison, MS by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Role Overview:

• Operate as a two-driver team for cross-country routes
• Comply with DOT and HMD safety standards
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch

Fleet & Maintenance:

• Trucks under 3 years old with APUs, inverters, sleepers
• Dedicated in-house maintenance support

Earnings & Benefits:

• 77¢/mile split, average 5,000 miles/week

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL A
• At least 12 months of driving experience
