We are seeking qualified applicants for the position:Senior Engineer, QualityLocated: CameronSummaryWe are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Senior Engineer, Quality to support operations in Cameron, LA. This role covers FEED, engineering, procurement, fabrication, site construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and transition to operations. Frequent travel to operations facilities, project locations, vendors, and suppliers will be required.General Description Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and Implementation of Operations Project and Outage Assurance and Quality Management systems to ensure the organization’s operations maintain compliance with operational procedures, project plans, specifications, drawings, international codes, standards, and all regulatory requirements. Identifying areas for improvement throughout the assurance and quality value chain, conducting after action reviews, focused on delivering a proactive role in developing plans, procedures, and tools to enhance operational effectiveness and driving a culture of operational excellence. Development of a Quality Control and Quality Assurance framework for the Operations function which would then be applicable across all assets. Development and Implementation of a Mechanical Integrity program encompassing all functions for all operations assets. Leading and managing third-party contract support as needed during development and implementation of the QA/QC framework.Liaising with Vendors, Contractors and Suppliers as needed to communicate VG QA/QC expectations, perform audits as needed and provide guidance on implementation and compliance with VG Quality expectations. Support Operations Projects and Outages in developing execution plans and ensure that fit-for-purpose plans and procedures are developed by each project/function as a basis for excellence in execution.QualificationsRequired experienceBS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Piping Engineering, Structural Engineering, or 7 or more years of commensurate work experience. Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality control and/or quality assurance from a technical perspective, within the energy industry.Experience working on client side as representation in the field.  Preferred ExperienceExperience with RBI program is preferred.Experience within the LNG industry is preferred.Licensing & CertificationsAPI 510, 570, 653, CWI, AMPP level I certifications are required.Venture Global LNG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
