Fleet Coordinator

Employment Type:Full-Time Location:Commerce City, Colorado Schedule:Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation:$60,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience) Reports To: Revenue Chief Officer Position Overview Faris Machinery is seeking aRental Fleet Coordinatorto support the day-to-day execution of fleet operations. This is a critical, hands-on role that operates at the center of Sales, Service, Rentals, and Yard teams—ensuring rental equipment is compliant, documented, serviced, and ready when needed. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and takes ownership of coordination, accuracy, and follow-through. Core Responsibilities Maintain real-time fleet status (available, rented, down) Coordinate equipment readiness with the Service team Process titles, registrations, and applicable SMM taxes Track compliance expirations and renewals Prepare rental contracts and supporting documentation Ensure billing inputs are complete, accurate, and timely Coordinate repairs and service scheduling Act as a communication hub across Sales, Service, Rentals, and Yard teams Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance in this role is measured using the following operational indicators: Fleet Availability Accuracy (%) Compliance Completion Rate (%) Rental Contract Processing Time Qualifications Required: Valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Onsite position based in Commerce City, Colorado Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting Sales, Operations, or administrative functions Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Preferred: Experience in equipment rental, fleet management, construction, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with service coordination, rental documentation, or compliance tracking Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Service teams Why Work at Faris Machinery Faris Machinery is a locally led, relationship-driven equipment dealership that has supported Colorado’s construction industry since 1953.
