Job Details Location: SAL 8 - Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 Position Type: Part Time Salary: $20.75 per hour ($22.75 per hour on weekends) Shift: Evening Shift Name: Alternatives, Inc. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including medication administration, cooking meals, personal hygiene, and transportation to medical appointments. Implement individual behavioral plans and provide effective teaching and mentoring techniques to help residents achieve new skills and goals. Encourage residents to participate in community outings and recreational activities. Document health, safety, and service delivery accurately and keep records up-to-date. Work Schedule Shift hours are available on the following days: Sunday: 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm Monday: Off Tuesday: Off Wednesday: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm Thursday: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm Friday: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm Saturday: 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm Training All employees are required to complete 10-15 trainings upon hire and on an ongoing basis. Trainings are a combination of in-person sessions that require staff to commute to the main office in Raritan, NJ, and remote sessions using GoToMeeting. All trainings are paid.
