About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its professional society, which is dedicated to advancing clinical pharmacy, improving human health, and optimizing pharmacotherapy through practice, research, and education. The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader with a strong background in scientific and clinical excellence, and a proven track record in organizational leadership. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include overseeing all communications, ensuring that the society's activities align with its mission and values, and leading a high-performing staff across various functional areas. The role also involves fostering external relationships with professional societies, healthcare organizations, industry, academic institutions, and government entities, as well as serving as a liaison for advocacy and policy initiatives.
