Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift: 1st Typical day as Customer Service Specialist Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Providing accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Processing orders, returns, payments, and account updates as needed. Documenting all customer interactions in company systems or CRM tools. Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times. Following company policies and compliance guidelines. Ideal Candidate Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Bring previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience (preferred). Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Are able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Have basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and CRM systems. Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Are familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (preferred). Have strong typing and data entry abilities (preferred).
