RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a skilled clinician to join our team at SunRISE Retreat. A successful candidate will enjoy supporting 8-12 residents during their up to 28 day stay with us, as they work toward recovery from a mental health diagnosis. RISE offers a clinician:

• A starting range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year
• $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment
• A generous time off package: In your 1st year, earn up to 4 weeks of combined vacation and holiday time, 3 weeks of combined sick and personal time, and a day off for your birthday

Overview of Job Responsibilities:

• Providing psychotherapy services to residents as needed
• Facilitate community meetings and group counseling sessions
• Acclimating residents to physical surroundings, program philosophy and expectations
• Participating in crisis intervention
• Complying with all relevant regulations governing the program

To qualify you must have:

• Must be a LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC/MHC, and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the care of individuals living with SMI
• An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal boundaries

• Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy
