We are looking for experienced, passionate, and charismatic Servers to guide our guests through an exceptional dining journey.

The Role

As a Server, you are an ambassador of our brand and a storyteller for our menu. You don't just take orders; you curate a luxury experience. You will use your deep knowledge of steak cuts, preparation methods, and wine pairings to seamlessly guide guests through multi-course meals, creating meaningful connections and regulars along the way.

What You'll Do

• Curate the Experience: Provide intuitive, polished table service that anticipates guest needs before they arise.
• Guide the Menu: Demonstrate expert knowledge of our premium steak cuts, preparation techniques, seafood selections, and daily features.
• Drive Wine & Beverage Sales: Confidently present our extensive wine list, make expert pairing recommendations, and handle wine presentation and pouring with proper table etiquette.
• Execute Flawlessly: Manage timing and pacing of courses, accurately input orders into the POS system, and collaborate closely with back-of-house and expo teams.
• Maintain Fine-Dining Standards: Keep tables immaculately clean throughout the meal, handling clearing, crumb crumbing, and silverware resets seamlessly.

What We're Looking For

• Fine Dining Expertise: At least 2+ years of experience serving in an upscale restaurant, high-end steakhouse, or wine-forward concept.
• Wine Proficiency: A strong foundational knowledge of major wine regions, varietals, and flavor profiles (Sommelier certifications like CMS or WSET are a major plus).
• The Hospitality Gene: A naturally warm, engaging, and professional personality with a pristine appearance.
• Polished Under Pressure: Ability to manage a multi-table station during intense dinner rushes while maintaining absolute grace and composure.
• Availability: Open flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and major holidays.
