We are seeking a Veterinary Technician who is proficient in venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and anesthesia monitoring, with a strong technical skill set and a commitment to continuous learning. Experience with CPR and EzyVet is a plus but not required. Anticipated Schedule This is a Full‑Time position: 4 days a week / 10‑hour shifts – to be determined by hospital manager. Weekends are required. What’s in it for you? Associate degree in Veterinary Technology is a plus. CVT license is a plus. Knowledge of anesthesia and monitoring. Knowledge of the procedures used for scheduling patients, receiving, treating, ordering medical supplies, and requesting laboratory tests. Knowledge of the use, care, and storage of veterinary instruments, materials, and equipment. Knowledge of sterilization techniques for instruments and materials. Knowledge of instruments, materials, and standardized procedures used in the full variety of treatments for “tableside” assistance. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client and personal services, including client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating client satisfaction. Knowledge of structure and content of the English language including meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
