Our client is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join their team. In this important role, you'll take ownership of key accounting functions while working for a well-established company that values accuracy, professionalism, and dedication.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist , you'll play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring daily accounting processes run smoothly.
Accounts Payable
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
• Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
• Help ensure payments are completed in a timely manner
Accounts Receivable
• Generate customer invoices and process incoming payments
• Apply payments accurately to customer accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and help maintain accurate balances
• Support billing and collection processes as needed
Financial Data & Record Management
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily business transactions
• Perform precise data entry and ensure the integrity of financial information
• Gather, organize, and maintain important financial data for permanent accounting records
Team Support
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Serve as backup support for payroll and HR functions
• Assist with additional accounting and office responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in producing accurate work. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Experience & Education
A minimum of 4 years of previous in-office accounting experience is required
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is highly preferred and may be considered in lieu of the experience requirement
Technical Skills
Proven experience using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
Additional Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
High level of punctuality and dependability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
