Chesapeake Specialty Care (Chesapeake ENT) is a thriving, physician-driven ENT practice serving the greater Baltimore–Washington metropolitan area. Our well-established, high-volume otolaryngology practice is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP with an interest in otolaryngology, as well as a motivated provider looking to build a long-term career in a specialty-focused practice. The position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced otolaryngologists in a collaborative clinical environment while developing expertise across a broad range of adult and pediatric ENT conditions. Depending on experience and clinical interests, responsibilities may include: Evaluating and managing patients with common ENT conditions Obtaining comprehensive histories and performing focused ENT examinations Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with supervising/collaborating physicians, as applicable Managing follow-up visits and ongoing patient care Assisting with pre- and post-operative patient management Performing appropriate in-office procedures within the provider's training, experience, and scope of practice Reviewing diagnostic testing and coordinating appropriate follow-up Providing patient education and counseling Coordinating care with audiology, allergy, vestibular therapy, and other clinical services Providing clinical coverage at our Owings Mills and Columbia locations , with support at our other Maryland offices as needed This position is ideal for an NP who enjoys a fast-paced specialty environment, clinical variety, patient interaction, and working as part of a collaborative physician-led team.
