TITLE
Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

SCHEDULE
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in field: Required
- Labor and Delivery and Level 2 NICU experience: Required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers coordinated nursing care according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care.
- Facilitates learning for patients/family members and provides education on health management.
- Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Scrubs are provided if needed; specific color scrubs required.
