Sentrex Health Solutions seeks a Remote Bilingual Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and deliver patient support programs. You will work with patients, insurers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to secure coverage and manage cases from home. Qualified applicants are Registered Nurses in good standing, with at least 2 years of clinical experience and experience in patient support programs.
