For methodology, please see Responsibilities: • Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products • Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from having a trusted financial service professional • Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Work with each client to collect personal financial information including status, cash flow, and expectations for documentation in our CRM • Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and serves we offer Qualifications: • Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required • Must have the ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients • Relationship management skills are required Compensation: 75,000 $125,000commission training allowance bonus benefits

$75,000-$125,000 per year
