CBO (Chief Business Officer)

Aufbau und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in den Bereichen Finanzierung, Geschäftsentwicklung, Partnerschaften und Kommerzialisierung. Der CBO ergänzt die wissenschaftlich-medizinische Kompetenz von CEO und CMO um eine starke markt- und investorenorientierte Perspektive.

Fachliche Anforderungen

Ausbildung

Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften, Medizin oder Ingenieurwissenschaften
MBA oder vergleichbare Zusatzqualifikation von Vorteil

Berufserfahrung

Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Davon mindestens 5 Jahre in Life Sciences, MedTech, Digital Health oder Biotech
Erfahrung in Start-ups oder Wachstumsunternehmen
Nachweisbare Beteiligung an Finanzierungsrunden
Erfahrung mit Lizenz-, Forschungs- oder Vertriebspartnerschaften
Erfahrung im Aufbau internationaler Netzwerke
