CBO (Chief Business Officer)

Aufbau und Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in den Bereichen Finanzierung, Geschäftsentwicklung, Partnerschaften und Kommerzialisierung. Der CBO ergänzt die wissenschaftlich-medizinische Kompetenz von CEO und CMO um eine starke markt- und investorenorientierte Perspektive.
Fachliche Anforderungen
Ausbildung
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften, Medizin oder Ingenieurwissenschaften
- MBA oder vergleichbare Zusatzqualifikation von Vorteil
Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Davon mindestens 5 Jahre in Life Sciences, MedTech, Digital Health oder Biotech
- Erfahrung in Start-ups oder Wachstumsunternehmen
- Nachweisbare Beteiligung an Finanzierungsrunden
- Erfahrung mit Lizenz-, Forschungs- oder Vertriebspartnerschaften
- Erfahrung im Aufbau internationaler Netzwerke
