Senior Director of Data Management

Leading data management activities for clinical development, the full-time Senior Director of Data Management will establish and manage data strategies, ensuring high-quality database builds and compliance for pivotal studies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee data management activities across the clinical portfolio to ensure timely and compliant data deliverables Provide strategic leadership for data management in support of NDA submissions and regulatory inspection preparedness Build and develop the data management team, focusing on hiring, performance management, and capability development Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Health Sciences, or a related field Minimum of 12 years of data management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management In-depth experience in the Oncology therapeutic area Proven ability to manage CRO relationships and oversee data management deliverables
