Resources for Human Development in Lansdale, PA is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for Homeless Services to assist individuals experiencing homelessness. You will coordinate essential services and support participants in achieving their recovery and housing goals. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or case management, and excellent communication skills.
