At Less Than Greater Than, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dining experience, combining culinary excellence with a unique speakeasy atmosphere. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Line Cook to help us bring our high-end dishes to life.
As a Line Cook, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen team, working directly with our talented chefs to produce exceptional small plates and entrees. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where precision, passion, and teamwork are key.
What You'll Do:
- Cook with Excellence : Prepare dishes to our high standards, ensuring each plate is beautiful and delicious.
- Collaborate : Work as part of a diverse and creative team to execute a curated menu of seasonal dishes.
- Maintain Cleanliness : Keep your station clean and organized, and follow health and safety standards.

Who We're Looking For:
- Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Positive Attitude : You come in ready to work hard, learn, and bring your best each day.
- Team-Oriented : You're able to work seamlessly with others, contributing to the overall success of the kitchen.
- Bilingual : If you speak both English and Spanish, that's a big plus!
- Attention to Detail : You take pride in your work, maintaining consistent quality and organization.
