Registered Nurse - ICU

$2561.34/week –

Job Summary:
Provides specialized critical care nursing to patients in the ICU setting, utilizing clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care in the ICU.

• Collect and interpret patient data, reporting critical findings to physicians promptly.

• Document physical assessments and identify abnormal findings.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.

• Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring safety and comfort.

• Perform clinical interventions according to hospital policies and patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

• Current RN license in New York State.

• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.

• Recent ICU and emergency department experience.

• NIHSS and Moderate Sedation certifications.

• TNCC certification required.
