Accounts Payable & Expense Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) | Vaco Client | San Antonio, TX

Vaco is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Accounts Payable & Expense Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing client in San Antonio. This fully onsite role supports accounts payable, expense management, vendor onboarding, reconciliations, reporting, and audit requests.


Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent accounting experience)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong Excel and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Perform account and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and banking information
• Process ACH and wire payments
• Support audits and month-end activities
• Prepare operational and expense reports
• Assist with ad hoc accounting projects
