Benefits Opportunity for advancement Training & development Lead Technician / Water Damage Specialist (Combined Role) IAQ Experts is currently seeking an experienced Lead Technician with strong water damage restoration expertise to join our growing team. This is a dual‑role position requiring leadership in the field, technical skill in HVAC/indoor air quality services, and hands‑on experience in water mitigation and restoration. Position Overview The ideal candidate will function as both a Lead Technician and Water Damage Specialist, responsible for overseeing job sites, performing technical work, and ensuring all services meet IAQ Experts’ standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both crew members and job execution from start to finish.
