What You'll Do

• Administer anesthesia to patients across various procedures and surgeries
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during anesthesia
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and medical staff to ensure safe, effective anesthesia care
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient interactions
• Participate in preoperative assessment and planning
• Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients as they recover
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols related to anesthetic practices

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license and CRNA certification
• Prior anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations

Preferred:

• Experience in a hospital or surgical setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
