Customer Service Rep

Overview Responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, record keeping and customer service with the clientele. Responsibilities Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email. Perform clerical duties as needed including printing, scanning and proofing documents. Prepare, sort and review documents for data entry. Create and maintain electronic logs for tracking purposes. Review data discrepancies. Maintain high level of professionalism to establish a positive rapport with the clientele. Punctual and regular attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required One (1) year minimum experience in customer service or data entry Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong technology and computer skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred Work Environment Professional office work environment.
