Title: Technical Training Senior Analyst
\nLocation: Scottsdale, AZ - Remtoe
\nDuration: 6+ Months
\n \nSkills:Required:
\n- \n
- Epic Credentialed Trainer certification in Ambulatory and/or Patient Access. \n
- Experience delivering Epic training in a healthcare setting. \n
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows. \n
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. \n
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \n
Preferred:
\n- \n
- Experience with virtual training platforms and instructional design tools. \n
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and e-learning development. \n
- Prior involvement in Epic upgrade cycles or system enhancement projects. \n
- Education:Candidates must have Epic Credentialed Trainer Certification \n
- EPIC Credentialed Trainer Certification in Ambulatory and/or Patient Access is preferred. \n
- Bachelor's degree required. \n
