About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of People Operations to lead the strategic and hands-on management of its global, remote-first workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and executing the people operations strategy, with a focus on hiring and talent management, strategic business partnership, total rewards, and operational excellence. This role requires a deep passion for creating an empowering work environment, a commitment to employee well-being, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. The VP will also be a key advisor to the executive team on organizational design, fiscal stewardship, and M&A integration, and must have a strong background in HR, business acumen, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Applicants for the VP of People Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive HR or people leadership experience, with a preference for those who have scaled distributed, fast-growing organizations. The role demands a leader with strong financial and business acumen, deep knowledge of labor law, and exceptional conflict resolution capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or psychology is required, with a Master's degree or MBA being highly preferred. Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are also desirable. The ideal candidate will be a tireless champion for both the business and the employees, with a proven track record of creating a high-performance culture and ensuring accountability across the organization.
