The Role:

• Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the life of the project
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain aggressive, complex project schedules
• Coordinate closely with estimators, self-perform trades, and field staff
• Own the budget, contracts, and change order process for your projects
• Support constructability reviews and technical problem-solving on complex projects
• Build long-term client relationships that extend beyond project completion
