About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Partner Product Solutions to play a pivotal role in the expansion of partner programs. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of aligning partner needs with product capabilities, credit and risk requirements, technology delivery, marketing messaging, and operational readiness. This is a key position that demands a professional who can lead the design of partner-specific customer journeys, define product requirements, and ensure a seamless handoff from business development to launch execution. The VP will be responsible for partner-facing product support, creating and maintaining demo materials, and leading the translation of partner requirements into product solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, credit/risk, legal, marketing, operations, and finance, is essential. Applicants for the VP of Partner Product Solutions role at the company should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years' of experience in product management, product operations, partner solutions, implementation, or product strategy, preferably in the financial services sector. The role requires a strong ability to convert partner requests into clear product requirements, as well as experience in leading customer and partner demos. A deep understanding of application funnels, customer onboarding, product configuration, and operational readiness is necessary. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, execution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple partner launches simultaneously. Experience with credit products, alternative approval paths, and partner-specific product configuration is highly valued. The role also involves defining success metrics, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement in the partner product launch process.
