Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians, case management, and other disciplines.
- Collect relevant data, assess health status, and identify diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement a plan of care, execute interventions, and monitor patient response to promote safety and healing.
- Evaluate progress toward outcomes and adjust the care plan as needed; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the treatment team; provide education and delegate tasks as appropriate to support patient safety and outcomes.

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of California
- Minimum two years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- BSN preferred
- Ability to work night shifts in a hospital setting
- Willingness to comply with organizational vaccination requirements and any related policies
