Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood educator to join our collaborative and supportive faculty team. Position Details Title: Early Childhood Teacher Classification: Exempt (Salary) Reports to: Head of School Schedule: Full‑Time; 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for school events. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required State teacher certification required Proficient knowledge of curriculum and effective instructional practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Duties and Responsibilities Provide high-quality classroom instruction that meets or exceeds South Carolina state standards while maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment Plan and deliver creative, multi-sensory lessons (kinesthetic, tactile, auditory, and visual). Maintain clear and professional communication with students, families, colleagues, and administrators. Implement discipline policies with fairness and consistency. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Actively participate in school life, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
