Contract RecruiterLocation: Charlotte, NC Duration: Contract through December 2026 About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives within a fast-paced telecommunications environment. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a variety of operational, technical, customer support, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and can effectively manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including operations, customer support, technical, field, and corporate roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and drive hiring decisions. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline status to provide regular updates to leadership. Create and post compelling job advertisements to attract diverse talent. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up. Support recruiting projects, workforce planning initiatives, and hiring events as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced environments. Experience recruiting for a variety of professional, operational, technical, or customer-facing positions. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills. Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting telecommunications, technology, customer operations, or field services organizations. Experience utilizing recruiting metrics and workforce data to drive hiring decisions. Familiarity with Workday, UKG, or similar ATS platforms.
