Position Title : Associate Dentist - Minnesota

Primary Location : Minneapolis, MN

Travel Required : Yes (regional and occasional out-of-state)

Position Type : Full-time or Part-time

Role Overview

Associate dentists travel to scheduled sites to provide comprehensive general dentistry in a fully supported mobile environment. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety, adaptability, and practicing dentistry without traditional office overhead.

Clinical Services

Associates are expected to be comfortable providing:

Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
Preventative and Hygiene (SRP, Prophy, Sealants, Fluoride, Arestin, etc.)
Restorative dentistry (Composite fillings)
Crowns
Simple extractions
Clear aligner therapy (experience preferred; training provided)

Qualifications

DDS/DMD with an active MN dental license
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
Strong general dentistry skill set
Willingness to travel for scheduled dental days
Comfortable working in a mobile, fast-paced environment
Clear aligner experience is a plus (training provided)
Licensure in surrounding states or additional states is a strong plus

Compensation

$1,000 per day plus a production bonus equal to 20% of net production in excess of average daily net production of $7,500.
