As part of this next phase of growth, our client is seeking a Product Design Lead to help shape the future user experience of the platform as it scales to support significant growth. This is not a traditional corporate design role. They are not simply looking for candidates with impressive company names on their CVs. They are seeking builders, operators and problem‑solvers who thrive in fast‑paced environments, take ownership without being asked, move quickly, execute effectively and have a proven track record of delivering meaningful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex user experience challenges, translating ideas into intuitive customer journeys, and helping to create products that customers genuinely enjoy using. You will work closely with founders, engineering teams and senior stakeholders to help define and evolve the customer experience across multiple products and markets.
