As the Group Marketing Manager overseeing Referrals Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for building the customer referral marketing program from the ground-up, which will be critical to the growth objectives of the retail bank and play a key part in delivering a superior customer experience for PNC clients. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of associates in designing, building, and scaling a high-impact customer program while optimizing through test and learn and executing the overall go-to-market strategy. You will own the end-to-end program performance while driving continuous improvements in partnership with the retail organization and analytics.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the strategy and execution of the customer referrals program to drive new account growth and adoption.
• Own end-to-end program performance, including offer design, economics, budget, and ROI optimization.
• Drive omni-channel marketing and continuous test-and-learn initiatives to scale and improve effectiveness.
• Partner cross-functionally and lead a team to deliver insights, ensure compliance, and shape long-term strategy.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $123,200.00 $274,560.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
