Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician Level 1 is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role helps ensure equipment runs properly while supporting productivity, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues as needed
• Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on schedule
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support production setups and equipment changeovers
• Communicate equipment or quality concerns to leadership
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements
• Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of maintenance or related industrial experience preferred
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Experience with packaging equipment, conveyors, motors, drives, printers, or label applicators is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
