Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Outpatient program in an assisted living and memory care setting
• Therapists typically work with about 8 residents a day
• One-on-one care rather than group or multiple concurrent treatments

Location Highlights

Southlake is a suburb between Dallas and Fort Worth, with access to both downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth in about 30 to 40 minutes by car.
