Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and needs, developing tailored treatment plans that are consistent with physician recommendations.
• Implement and adjust therapy programs to meet individual patient goals, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities to relieve pain and promote functional recovery.
• Utilize a collaborative approach by working alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, progress, and ways to enhance recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Consistently monitor and document patient progress and outcomes, meeting established productivity and service quality objectives.
• Maintain a focus on patient satisfaction by demonstrating exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment for all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, as well as pediatric patients. Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy is required for this position.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in using electronic health records and word processing software.
• A strong ability to connect with patients, establishing trust and rapport that encourages their engagement in the therapeutic process.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting, particularly with a focus on manual therapy and exercise prescription.
• Proven track record of working effectively within a team to achieve patient-centered care goals.
• Experience in community outreach or engagement programs for promoting physical therapy and overall wellness.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
