Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails
• Guide customers to the best solutions by answering questions about our products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations tactfully
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a customer service or related role is preferred but not required

Job Details

• No experience necessary, we provide training
• Flexible scheduling available
• Workdays are Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off
• No late evenings, as we close at 6PM
