Food & Beverage Manager Join the Food & Beverage team at Conrad New York, a Forbes 4‑Star hotel located in Lower Manhattan. You will lead operations in our restaurants, rooftop bar, and in‑room dining to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of designated outlets, ensuring quality, service, and profitability. Support the development and implementation of guest‑satisfaction strategies, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement. Oversee administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, including cost control for food, beverage, and labor. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high‑performing team.
