Senior Financial Analyst

Compensation: $100k - $120k + 18 days PTO + 401k (100% on first 3% and then 50% on next 2%) Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support revenue assurance, forecasting, reporting, and strategic business initiatives. This role offers significant visibility across finance and operations, partnering with leadership to identify revenue opportunities, improve financial performance, and enhance reporting and analytical capabilities. Key Responsibilities Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports supporting monthly close, leadership reporting, and business decision-making. Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models while analyzing performance against expectations. Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, pricing strategies, and financial objectives. Support monthly operating reviews through reporting, presentation development, and performance analysis. Investigate revenue variances, identify revenue leakage opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Design and implement process improvements, reporting enhancements, and analytical tools to strengthen revenue integrity and business performance. Support special projects and other finance-related initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 3–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, revenue assurance, revenue management, accounting, auditing, pricing, or related fields. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical experience. Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis. Strong SQL experience required. Ability to analyze and synthesize large datasets from multiple sources. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Experience collaborating with operational and executive stakeholders. Self-motivated, naturally curious, and comfortable learning new concepts independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power BI and VBA. Experience creating executive-level presentations and reporting packages. MBA preferred but not required. Comfortable presenting financial insights to senior leadership. Experience partnering with multiple business stakeholders across diverse geographic regions or business units. #J-18808-Ljbffr
