Long Term Care (LTC) LPN/LVN

Now Hiring: LTC LPN - New Bern, NC

The Long Term Care LPN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Location: New Bern, NC

Start Date: 9/7 or ASAP

Contract Length: 13 Weeks + strong extension opportunities

Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11pm, 40 hours/week

Weekly Gross Pay

• Local Rate: $32+/hour
• Travel Rate: $1536/week

Travel candidates (Travel must reside over 50 miles from facility)

Schedule Options 40 hour schedule

• Every other weekend required

Minimum Requirements

• Active LPN license in North Carolina required
• 2 years LTC experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
